I cannot begin to thank you for the wonderful week of appreciation you and our students gave me! Each day was a new surprise of flowers, treats, school supplies, e-cards, and more. I so appreciate the beautiful tote, monogrammed koozie, the incrediblally illustrated Wizard of Oz book, the two adorable beach towels, and the gift cards to Cafe Lou Lou's and Michael's Salon. You all really know how to appreciate a teacher! But most importantly, I appreciate the cards and sweet messages from our students. They really mean the world to me, and I have truly been blessed to have such an amazing group of students and families this year. Thank you so much for all of the love and support you have given to me and our class this school year. I am so sad that our year is coming to an end, and I wish you and your family all the best in third grade and beyond.
Love Always,
Gina Weber
Students will go to music this week. Don't forget that Tuesday is Election Day and therefore, there will be no school for students on this day. Students are asked to wear school spirit attaire on Monday, May 19th as we will be kicking off our KPREP testing which will be on Wednesday.
Please bring a bag or backpack to the zoo. You will be carrying the lunches for the students in your group. Please also make sure your group has time to use the restroom before boarding the bus back to school. We will meet back at the main entrance (inside the zoo) at 1:15. Remember, we will not be shopping at the gift shop or buying food/ treats for the students.
Thank you so much for supporting our students on this field trip!
Highest Regards,
Gina Weber
