This week in ELA, students will continue to learn about the character's point of view, and how this affects their actions in a story. Students will also use knowledge of prefixes and suffixes to figure out the meaning of unknown words. In Social Studies, students will learn how to make a time line as we continue to read about Abraham Lincoln and Harriet Tubman. In math, students will continue to use basic facts, groups of ten, and number bonds when subtracting. Students will also go to music, but on Friday they will begin a 5 day rotation of P.E. A link to this week's homework can be found here. If you are interested in placing a book order, please do so by Friday, March 6th. Please let me know if you have any questions, comments, or concerns.
