Field Trip Permission Slip Due- Friday, May 8
Please make sure your permission slip is filled out and returned to school this Friday if you haven't done so already. Also, if you need a lunch order form, please send me an email or write a note. These were not included in the original field trip information that was sent home earlier. Also, if you would like to chaperone the field trip please let me know soon so I can make appropriate grouping arrangements with students. You will need to have a criminal records check on file with the school office in order to chaperone this field trip.

Also, if you would like to help us tie-dye the shirts, please send me an email, and I will get back with you on the date and time we will be dying our shirts.
